0.9m x 0.9m Tory Elite Garden Gate – Pressure Treated

We craft our Tory Elite Garden Gate from quality imported softwood. It features traditional mortice and tenon joints, glued for extra strength and durability. Additionally, this gate is fully pressure-treated with TANALITH E. This treatment provides long-term protection against fungal and insect attacks, including termites. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, treated timber has a natural green colouration that weathers to a warm, brown and eventually silver grey. This colour change does not affect the preservative protection. At Grangewood, we offer everything you need to fit your gate, including hinges, latches, bolts, and locks. Careful selection of natural resources is crucial for creating successful products. We also select all raw materials for each intended component, ensuring they come from the highest quality logs. In the ‘green mill,’ we saw fully saturated logs into rectangular shapes, which creates a rough surface because some fibers tear out rather than cut. Next, if the timber needs seasoning or drying, we remove much of its moisture. Finally, we machine the seasoned products to create smooth or shaped surfaces.
