If You Are Fitting with Concrete Posts We Recommend Using FP-ECOFIX Our Rapid Set Carlton FP-ECOFIX is ideal for fixing Concrete Posts. Dig a hole to the correct depth and width relevant to post size. Fill hole approximately a third of depth with water and then place post in the hole. Pour in Carlton FP-ECOFIX evenly around the post until so no standing water is visible. Position and then level post as required. Setting effect will take place in 5 to 10 minutes. Do not mix Carlton FP-ECOFIX with water by hand or machine. Grangewood Fencing Supplies Ltd offers class A posts for general use, suitable for wind speeds up to 28m/s and dynamic pressures of 0.5KN/m². Compliant with BS EN 12839:2012, these posts are not designed for exposed locations like sea fronts. Made from C35/45 concrete with reinforcing bars, they control crack widths and exceed the maximum working load.
